This is not working on WordPress Multi

I have posted it before but some how it is going to general forum

Version 3.5.1
When I installed the website broke down and started showing
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Bla bla bla

So I tried to submit the support ticket and there in the quick tips I have found that host gator has advised to remove the .htaccess file. I have done that and it started working in basic mode (No Url writing)

Any way I got the .htaccess codes for multi site from
perishablepress.com/htaccess-code-for-wordpress-multisite/.
(Check for the codes there)

And it started working properly
