 * As I became a web developer, I avoided WordPress because it didn’t feel like
web development. It felt like “theme modification.” Take other people’s work
and try to make it look and function how you want it to. And that doesn’t get
me excited. I’m passionate about fully customized web design and development.
But I’ve learned about the power of WordPress and now I’ve fully committed to
it because I see that I can build any custom website I want with my own “themes”
even more easily than building website without it before. I don’t use other people’s
themes. And although it’s still hard to write HTML outside of my comfort zone,
Sublime Text, this plugin allows me to feel a little more like I’m in my development
environment. It allows me to customize the syntax coloring with CSS—which I’ve
done to match my Sublime Text color scheme—also to use multiple cursors, and
hit [Cmd + S] to save my work. I hope this plugin continues to thrive!
