 * This plugin has zero use.
    All you need to do in order to achieve this behaviour,
   is to use a “.” in the category base AND use /%category%/%postname%/ in Custom
   Structure.
 * Done.

 * Dot in category base breaks paging and sub-category listings for me. Just tried
   this plugin, and it seems to work perfectly. I’ll keep an eye on it, though…
