# Thousand separator Problem

 * Hello,
    If the Wallet Amount value rises above 1000 or 1000, the amount of money
   does not appear. The customer cannot see this. Please look at the image.

 * For example, if the refund amount is 1500,00 Turkish Liras, the wallet amount
   looks like this(like in the image):
    Wallet Amount: 1,00 Turkish Liras (TL). 
   How can I solve this problem.

 * I’ve been writing for days. Nobody answers.
    I contacted in the section within
   the plugin (about 5 days ago). No answer.
 * I contacted the live support unit. They told me to write to [ticket@makewebbetter.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/thousand-separator-problem/ticket@makewebbetter.com?output_format=md).
   I’ve write. No answer.
