 * Hi,
 * I have enabled debug.error and there are thousands of PHP warning related to
   Tablepress. The Errors seems like this:
 * PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type float in /sites/anis.
   af/files/wp-content/plugins/tablepress/classes/class-evaluate-phpspreadsheet.
   php on line 49

 * Hi,
 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * That’s strange. This might indicate that your table data is somehow not stored
   as strings, but as numbers. Where exactly is the table data coming from? Did
   you import it from somewhere or did you type it manually? Can you try again after
   clicking “Save changes” for all tables? This should ensure that the data is stored
   as strings.

   Tobias

 * Hi [@tobiasbg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tobiasbg/),
 * The tables are imported from excel xlsx file format.
 * I will click “save changes” for all tables and will tell you if it is resolved
   or not. Unfortunately there are hundreds of my students exams results tables
   and save changes will take sometime but I will do it.

 * Hi,
 * thanks for the details! Can you maybe send me one of the files via email (the
   address is in the lower part of [https://tablepress.org/pricing/](https://tablepress.org/pricing/))?
   I’ll be happy to take a look if I see something unusual that might be influencing
   the import here.

 * Hi [@tobiasbg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tobiasbg/),
 * I saved some tables but it seems xlsx format did not change to csv format.
 * I Checked all tables and found that until year 2020, all xlsx tables that I have
   uploaded, Tablepress have changed them to csv but starting from 2021 until now
   all xlsx tables that I have uploaded, Tablepress have not changed them to csv
   and all of them are in xlsx format. Also “save change” do not change them to
   csv format.
 * I have also sent a sample xlsx file via email.

 * Hi,
 * this doesn’t really have to do with CSV or Excel files, but with the internal
   data format. I have received your email and will take a look at that file, and
   then report back!
 * Best wishes,
   Tobias

 * Hi [@tobiasbg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tobiasbg/),
 * I saved all tables by clicking “save change” button in each table admin area
   and now the errors are gone.
 * You are right. The data was saved as numbers and not strings.
 * Why this problem occured?
 * When I uploaded xlsx tables, Tablepress gave me shortcodes. I copied shortcodes
   and pasted in posts without clicking “save change” in tables admin area.
 * I hope that Tablepress does not give us shortcode until we click “save change”
   and no one else in the future will face such a problem.

 * Hi,
 * great to hear that everything is working now!
 * No worries, you did everything right here!
 * This was caused by an old problem in TablePress (in older versions), where the
   code did not always save the values as strings. In new versions, this is fixed(
   which is why saving all the tables again fixed the problem). So, this should
   no longer happen on your site. On other sites, saving all tables would also fix
   it.
 * Regards,
   Tobias
