Three column footer / hover
-
Hello there!
First off, great job on the theme! Such a beauty!
I have two questions please:
1. How do I remove the hover links?
2. How do I create a three-column footer as in the sample page?

Actually I only want to delete the hover from the social media icons. That would be great. Thx!
Hello!
Regarding footer – go to Appearance->Widgets and add widgets to sidebars Prefooter Area One, Two and Three.
To remove background change on hover over social icons, add this code:
.widget .social a:hover { background: #e4e4e4; }
via My Custom CSS plugin or child theme.Thank you so much!! I appreciate your quick response. That custom CSS worked, but I think I didn’t explain right what I actually wanted to change: I love the green hover, however I don’t want it to underline when I hover it. I mean, how does it still turn emerald when I hover but without the underlined border under it?
Sorry, this was unclear in in the first place.Thank you!!!
There is no underline under social media icons, at least not in the default built in widget. Please provide a link to your website so that I can take a look.

thank you for your help!!
I see underlining on the social media icons in the “Follow Me” section, too. (Safari 7.0.1, Mac OS 10.9.1) It looks like it’s being added by either
bootstrap_tab.min.cssorbootstrap_dropdown.min.css.The thing is, Sugar and Spice doesn’t use any bootstrap scripts. So this hast to come from a plugin. Try deactivating plugins one by one to see which might be causing this.
I figured it out!! Thank you so much!!
I had the “Easy Responsive Tabs” widget activated..
THANK YOU!!
