The thumbnail clipping (1:1) on my website doesn’t work, I’m using Porto Theme, how do I make it work. I tested it with the StoreFront theme and it worked perfectly.

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the thumbnail clipping (1:1) is not working on your site when the Porto theme is activated, correct?

Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy here), it would be best reaching out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.
