Can you give me some more details about your workflow? Do you mean you can only save thumbnails that are in the first 5 seconds of the video? Are you able to see thumbnails generated after the first 5 seconds of the video? Do you have FFMPEG set up on your server or are you using thumbnails created by the browser? Are you having a consistent problem with different videos or is it just one video and did the problem start recently? What browsers do you have the problem in?

My apologies. Yes, that is correct! I am only able to save a thumbnail only with in the 5 seconds (choose from video or generate). Photos actually generate but will not save. I have tried generating with smaller clips and there were no issues but for some reason this problem occurs with larger file. I’m in the majority and do not have access to install FFMPEG therefore I rely on the plugin to capture thumbnails…. Never used your plugin in the past so I have zero clue if it’s a version related issue.

I created my 1m 8s vid using after effects CC (exported MP4)
Currently using chrome browser
Do you have the same problem with other videos?

Check if you’re getting any error messages in the JavaScript Console.
