Thumbnail problems

Hello. I am having some issues with my site. In the services section (re-labeled to Software), the icon images i uploaded are now showing up very small and off center. I tried opening my website in both Chrome and IE, and have this issue using both browsers.

Also, I cannot crop my thumbnails for my Team Section. Please help.
