Thumbnail sizing not working

I love(d) this plugin. Solved so many gallery problems for me and using it in Colorlib’s Shapely theme. But ever since a recent update the gallery displays various image sizes instead of the square 200 x 200 I’ve set in the options. It was working perfectly before.

By the way I think the update that was not the plugin but the theme update. I only update to the latest Foogallery version just today, have reset everything but it’s still not right. What am I missing? I’ve searched the forum but can’t find my issue with any solid answers.
