 * What version of Gallery Bank are you using?
 * If you are using any version prior to 2.0.18, i would recommend you to the latest
   version, as we have removed the timbthumb feature and introduced masonry layout.
 * Please let us know if you still cannot view your thumbnails and the link to your
   page.

 * Hi, I just purchased the pro version yesterday and the zip file I was sent is
   version 2.1.6 – which isn’t the latest version. I am having the same thumbnails
   not showing problem with this version. I am trying to contact the vendor but 
   have heard nothing yet…

 * Interesting – still have not heard from the vendor regarding getting the current
   version of the pro software I paid for. But I deactivated the pro version and
   just installed the latest version of the free software (2.1.9) and it works fine…
 * At least that is something.

 * Version 2.0.19 is the latest for Standard version which is available on WordPress
   and Version 2.1.6 is the latest for Pro Versions.
