# Thumbnails not loading

 * Hello there,
 * I installed the pro version of Easy Media Reader plug-in, added media and created
   galleries, but when I go to preview the page the thumbnails won’t load. I get
   the buttons for the different gallery categories, but there’s just a spinning
   busy icon, or whatever it’s called, in place of the thumbnails.
