# Thumbnails not loading… again

 * I know this topic has appeared before, but the solutions I’ve seen haven’t solved
   it.
 * WP is up to date. I’ve checked in Chrome and Samsung’s browser on mobile and 
   tablet. I’ve cached thumbnails locally and not, I checked the API and changed
   other settings to make sure it’s changing and not just csche. The link to yt 
   below each video is new f.ex.
 * Do you have any suggestions on what may be wrong?

 * I get a “403 Forbidden” response when trying to load the local thumbnail magallardoem,
   you likely have some security measure (plugin?) blocking PHP being directly requested
   from within `/wp-content/plugins`
