    Hi,

When I add size to “Thumbnail width” it does not save any data.
Also “Thumbnail cropping” does not save.

But when I add new data in “Main image width” it works correctly.

Can you tell me how to fix it?
Or can you provide me some code to add in function.php file for “Thumbnail width” size.

    Thanks

  • Hi @shaon007

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Have you clicked the Custom option under Thumbnail cropping?

Also, are you sure the value entered for “Main image width” is higher than the “Thumbnail width”?

No code is required to fix this as these are default inbuilt functionalities.

After you’ve double checked the points stated above if the issue still persists, can you tell us if the same happens when you deactivate all other plugins (except WooCommerce) and change the theme to the default Storefront?

If you’d prefer not to make any changes on your current site then you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
