 * Hello, is it possible to evaluate the ticket code using the API before creating
   the ticket?

 * I mean add a custom field to the “New Ticket” form that is called: “Support Code”,
   the value that the user enters in that field must be evaluated via API to validate
   if the user has for example: “Support hours available. ” If the value passes 
   the check then the ticket is created

 * I need to validate the data that the client enters, if the data is valid then
   the ticket is created, otherwise it shows an error message
 * I would greatly appreciate your help.
