The plugin needs PHP 5.6 and later to work. * If you are already running PHP 5.6 or later then chances are you’re running into a conflict with another plugin. Its easy to figure out which plugin is conflicting though. You can turn off other plugins and see if the menu shows up. I’ve tried with a new one installation of wordpress and the menu doesn’t appear. * **Edit** I’ve found the plugin and turned off.
