# Ticket Quantity Adjuster Error

 * I just started using the event calendar and tickets plug-ins and notice that 
   the event ticket quantity counter is behaving oddly.
 * On a desktop – there are two counters – the leftmost of which works, the right
   most of which doesn’t.
 * on mobile (iOS), there are no counters and the only way to adjust the quantity
   is by manually entering a number.
 * How do I get rid of the inactive counter on the desktop version and how do I 
   get a working counter on mobile?
 * Help! Thanks!!

 * I am not seeing the right most counter on your site for some reason.
    Would you
   mind telling me which browser and which version you are using ?
 * As for the mobile version, this is actually standard behaviour of a number input
