Hi,

There are two shortcode: ticket-submit and tickets, but when a customer views a ticket the slug is something like: /ticket/ticket-title/#reply-xxxx

Is there a shortcode for that page as well as i need to set the layout for those pages as well as it seems it gets the layout from the standard theme layout but that sucks as now the ticket page has sidebars and the left and right.

There is not shortcode for the individual tickets. However, you can create a custom template for the single-ticket page in your theme – see this link for some information about how you can get started doing that: https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/ticket-details-page-template/
