 * Is there a way to change the time format to use the 12-hour clock with am/pm,
   rather than the 24-hour clock? Here in the U.S., that’s what most people are
   used to reading.
 * Love the look of the events on the front end. Beautiful!

 * Dear Texins
 * Time format change settings is not available yet. But yes, you can change it
   after making customisation in the following file;
 * simple-event-planner/templates/single-event/event-time.php
 * Thanks for Using SEP & Happy Code Customisation .

 * I’m definitely not a programmer, but I feel like I would need to modify the functions.
   php for this, and not the template file. I can see where the time format and
   date format are set in simple-event-planner-template-functions.php.
 * Is there any way I can make these changes using the Code Snippet plugin, so they
   won’t be affected by your next update? Or am I completely wrong here?
 * Any advice would be greatly appreciated! The date and time formats are not what
   my U.S. visitors are used to and could be a deal-breaker for this client.

 * Dear Texins
 * Your are right that main code of time format is reside in this file
    **simple-
   event-planner-template-functions.php**. But if you will change this file, next
   release will override your changes.
 * So, as we mentioned previously that go to the following file
    **simple-event-
   planner/templates/single-event/event-time.php** and read the instruction in header
   section that how you can modify this template & then make your changes.
 * Let us know for our further assistance!

 * I understand what you are saying about which file to modify, but I don’t see
   anything in that file about the time or date formatting. Do I need to add something
   for that? I have no idea what to add. Can you help?

 * Hello Texins,
 * First thing you need to do is;
    **Override this template by copying it to yourtheme/
   simple_event_planner/single-event/event-time.php**
 * Then write custom code to change the time format according to your need. After
   writing your code, you can comment or remove previous code which is showing time
   in 24 hour format.

 * But when I look at the file you are referencing (event-time.php), I don’t see
   anywhere that it specifies the 24 hour format. I only see that in the functions.
   php. I’m not sure what code to add and what to take out on this template file.
   Can you please be more specific? I really appreciate your help.
 * If I can’t fix this, I’ll have to use something else for my events, and I haven’t
   seen anything else that has this nice layout.
