 * It is normal that in all reports plugin shows the UTC time, but not local, which
   I pointed in the settings the EP?

 * such as file backup settings created with the name
    aiowps_2015-02-27_17-29 when
   in fact I created at local time in 20.29
 * ie I have time in the settings WP – General – put UTC + 3, but the plugin pulls
   UTC time
    the same (if not mistaken) in e-mails with the result of the scan to
   changes in files.
 * I just want to know – it’s some kind of my fault or is it normal settings and
   everything is OK, just need to take into account the correction for 3 hours?
