Time issue

I am trying to add a time, but it isn’t displaying correctly.

There are 20 minutes of prep time.
There are 12 hours of custom time.
When I total it, it shows as 12 hours 20 minutes. When I save the recipe and look at the post, it displays as 740 minutes total.
