    Thanks for the superb plugin! Just a small issue.. I’ve uploaded a GIF file
   in image section. Its of 4 seconds. Now, how to time the preloader to 4 seconds
   in a way that at end of GIF the website opens

 * Hi,
    from the Customizer go in Preloader Plus > Animations. In Animation delay
   you can set the time (in milliseconds) after which the preloader triggers the
   animation that shows your website. I hope this answer was helpful. Cheers Massimo
