    Worked like a charm. Be kinda nice when switching from Page to Post if it could null post_parent (aka, I forgot to do that at first). Or maybe just a suggestion to user to set (No Parent) when switching from any hierarchical post-type.

    That’s an interesting idea. There are some post types that aren’t hierarchical, and I could imagine there being inconsistencies. Eventually post statuses might pose a similar issue, so good to keep this in mind.
