    Hello,

    I’ve been trying to set the scheduling availability so that people can schedule appointments only on Mon, Wed, Fri at 10 am and 1pm Pacific.

    I’m having issues setting this up in the Availability settings; it doesn’t work.

    The only way I was able to achieve setting the Mon, Wed, Fri was to enable and set blackout dates for all other days. I manually set it all the way to this December for now.

    However, no matter how many times I try to set the availability times for ONLY 10 am and 1pm, it doesn’t work. When going through the form on the site, it still allows a user to select any time of the day.

    I’ve gone through the documentation on your site to try to figure out if I’m doing something wrong, but I believe I’m following the steps correctly.

    Also, when clicking on the Support tab in the app, it comes up with a Syntax error.

    I forgot to mention, that the Appointment duration time is set as 1 hour, but on the form on the Page, it says 59 minutes. I don’t have any appointment buffer settings applied.

    Hi @beadamson324, sorry you’re having trouble with the setup. SSA’s availability is flexible, but the most common use case is “I’m available 9am-1pm these days, and I’ll take an appointment anytime”

    That said, you can kind of force it to show specific times in the scenario you described. Here’s a quick screenshot of how I set up SSA on my test environment and am getting the desired 9am and 1pm Mon/Wed/Fri

    Can you try these settings and see if it works for you?

    Can you send any details about the syntax error you’re seeing (on the support tab) to [email protected] – we’d like to look into that and get it fixed.

    And I just noticed I did 9am instead of 10am, but you get the idea 🙂

    Try changing the duration from 1hr to 60 minutes in the UI (it should autocorrect to 1hr) but maybe that will reset it

    The syntax error is:
    SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

    I looked at your screenshot, and that is exactly how I have it set up. But it’s still showing all the times of the day as available when going through the form on the Page.

    Another issue is that I’ve set the booking window for 1 week. However, the form allows for booking all the way through to December.

    I tried resetting the time duration to 60 minutes, which auto-updated to 1 hour. But after saving the settings, and checking the form on the Page, it still says 59 minutes.

    It sounds like there might be something server-specific or a conflict with something else installed. Can you email us [email protected] so we can get some details about the server?

    Thank you, I’m going to disable the form from the page for now until we can fix the issue, because we don’t want people booking appointments any time of the day.
