 * Hi, I have an email request in for a bigger problem, but I notice that the time
   in my form seems to be calibrated to UTC. My site is set to my local time (UTC-
   8) but my form already shows tomorrow’s date.
 * (My bigger problem is that my submit button on this page is not functioning, 
   although another form on my site does work fine.)
