 * Is there somewhere I can change the actual time of day that a job runs? I’ve 
   looked everywhere but can’t seem to find it.

 * Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I’m pleased you like the plugin!
 * Unfortunately not. This plugin is just a visual interface for WordPress native
   hook scheduling and it doesn’t support time of day. I’m looking at writing a 
   new plugin where all events are handled through the plugin directly as wp event
   schedules are becoming very unreliable.

 * Thanks Chris. I have just been adjusting the times directly in the database (
   Options/Cron – unix time).
