Time zone conflict

Hi,

The website time zone was set on WordPress general settings but when a post was published instead of pushing the notification immediately it went to scheduling as the notification default was still set to the shared server time zone. I had to set the time zone in the PHP.ini. This made both the immediate the scheduling notifications to work. However it still shows the wrong time in the job notifications.
