code as shown below just to test. However the page doesnt display the text.
 * [timed-content-client show=”1:00″]Show me after one minute. Since we don’t want
a fade-in, we can leave it out of the “show” attribute completely.[/timed-content-
   client]
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Ftimed-content-doesnt-work%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Works for me – after one minute the text appears in my browser.
 * Maybe you have JavaScript disabled in the browser with NoScript etc.? Because
   this feature uses JavaScript.
 * You can also test this with shorter time ranges, so you don’t have to wait so
   long:
 * `[timed-content-client show="0:10"]Show me after 10 seconds. Since we don't want
a fade-in, we can leave it out of the "show" attribute completely.[/timed-content-
   client]`
 * Also see the example here: [https://wordpress-demo.arnowelzel.de/timed-content-client-side-div/](https://wordpress-demo.arnowelzel.de/timed-content-client-side-div/)
 * Edit: Another example with “show” instead of “hide”: [https://wordpress-demo.arnowelzel.de/timed-content-client-side-show/](https://wordpress-demo.arnowelzel.de/timed-content-client-side-show/)

 * Thanks for the response. the h5p content is displayed. However the text inside
the show me doesn’t get displayed. Javascript is enabled in my browser and not
sure why it didn’t work. The main reason for me to use the timed content is display
the content for 5 minutes alone. Can you please help me

 * What exactly do you mean with “the h5p content is displayed”?
 * The example from your website works perfectly in my browser – so I don’t know
what to do. Maybe try another browser or if you use Firefox try a new profile
just to be sure that it is not the browser which causes a problem.

 * To avoid misunderstanding: the rule you use says, the content will be hidden
and **show** after one minute. So you have wait one minute before the content
will be visible. If you want to **hide** something which is visible when loading
the page, you need the `hide` parameter and not `show`.
