# Timed Out Error

 * I send out newsletters with mail poet monthly and don’t believe I changed anything
   since last month. My settings (login information) seem correct. I use elasticemail.
   I get the following error when I try a test send from the ‘send with…’ tab in
   mailpoet. Thanks in advance for your help.

 * Get in touch with the support staff of your host, apparently, they blocked the
   SSL connection of your website and ElasticEmail servers.
