 * I hope it is possible to use the Bootstrap library with the Neve theme, please

 * That Bootstrap library can be added in any theme, but it does require some custom
   work on your side. You’d need to create a child theme, and add the library as
   mentioned here [https://italia.github.io/bootstrap-italia/docs/come-iniziare/introduzione/](https://italia.github.io/bootstrap-italia/docs/come-iniziare/introduzione/)
 * Unfortunately we can’t help further, but a developer could for sure help.
