# Timeout

 * I loved when I saw there was a “Backup before update” option for all sites…
 * but I was having already timeout problems with the sites I have a premium license(
   so they update automatically before the update) and now I have it with all when
   I use the new option.
 * When I try to make updates and a Backup is to be made before, I always have a
   timeout. I already changed the timeout time to 600. But I still think this with
   the updates should be treated differently or something so they don’t time out
   so easily.
 * And yes, the backups end, are made and transferred to the external source. There
   is no problem there.
 * Anyway, the Updraft Central is great, and saves me lot of time. 🙂 It would be
   great if you could address this issue.
