# Timeout

 * I have great difficulty with your plugin, when I click on Woocommerc>HubSpot,
   the page does not load, I have a timeout, my host tells me that the problem comes
   from the database, is there things to purge without the risk of losing data in
   your database tables? If so, I need a screenshot so I don’t get it wrong.

 * As per your concern, maybe the server time-out limit is low that is why it’s 
   causing an issue, please increase the server time limit and the issue will be
   fixed, if not, please feel free to reach out.

 * My host has modified the MYSQL InnoDB Buffer Pool Size value (134217728 bytes
   at 4G) and the problem is solved !
