Timeout Error

Getting a timeout error and not really sure where to go from here. Was originally using a zip code and saw that wasn’t working this morning, so switched to “Schodack Landing, NY” format in the short code and now it’s showing a Timeout after 5001 milliseconds.

Any ideas or directions I could follow to try and hunt this down?
