# Timeout Error

 * Getting a timeout error and not really sure where to go from here. Was originally
   using a zip code and saw that wasn’t working this morning, so switched to “Schodack
   Landing, NY” format in the short code and now it’s showing a `Timeout after 5001
   milliseconds`.

   and the error is taking place in the footer widget area.
 * Any ideas or directions I could follow to try and hunt this down?

 * Seems to be working again. Most of the time that error means there is a problem
   at OpenWeatherMap. They provide the weather data and sometimes it may be unavailable.
   If you want to find your City ID to make the plugin a bit more reliable you can
   follow the steps on this page:
