# Timeout with UpdraftPlus

 * Hello guys,
 * I have a big website with uploads folder over 50gb. When I deactivate the redis
   plugin, UpdraftPlus successfully makes backups, but when Redis Object Cache is
   active, there is a timeout and the backups do not finish. I tried using `WP_REDIS_DISABLED`
   when `DOING_CRON` is defined, but this does not seem to help. Can you help me
   figure out what the issue is and why does this plugin prevent big websites from
   backups? Thank you!

 * You can try cranking up all the timesout `WP_REDIS_TIMEOUT`, `WP_REDIS_READ_TIMEOUT`
   and `WP_REDIS_FLUSH_TIMEOUT`.
