# Timer Does Not Always Show

 * Hi,
 * We have installed your plugin and it works great most of the time. However, on
   the odd occasion there are instances where the timer does not appear at all.
 * We have checked the expiry date and it is set to 2018 and it does disappear once
   the expiry date has been reached. So there should not be a problem.
 * Could you please take a look and see what could be causing this issue?

 * Hi jordankcm, did you fix this in the end? The timers on [our site](https://www.republicunion.co.uk/)
   sometimes don’t show, but it only happens on mobiles and when you resize the 
   browser window on desktops. Was this the case with yours? (Don’t worry, I’ll 
   start a new thread if it’s different)

 * Hi,
 * Having same problem in any browser, on mobiles it works fine. Sometimes timer
   shows up, sometime isn’t. Is there any fix for it?
