   is in UTC not in local time that I set in WordPress settings.

 * To set You must go to wp-admin/options-general.php and change timezone. You mean
   to get via PHP ? 😛

 * I am sure that a problem occurs if we set it via php without wp functions. If
   I use the timezone of wp, it can fix it?

 * thank you so much 🙂 I added this feature. You need to delete and download the
   free and premium versions again or you can wait for new version.
