# TimThumb problem

 * Hi, I have a problem with thumbnails. I have used the test included in the slideshow
   configuration, but this is the result.
 * >  **A TimThumb error has occured**
   > The following error(s) occured:
   >  Could not find the internal image you specified.
   > Query String : src=wp-content/plugins/slideshow-gallery/screenshot-1.png&w=
   > 50&h=50&q=100&a=t
   >  TimThumb version : 2.8.11
 * I’ve seen other discussion about this and tried all the solutions proposed, but
   the problem is not resolved and thumbnail still don’t working.
 * Thank you for any help.

    Thumbnails work fine on my local computer but fails
   on the web-site.
