# Tiny MCE editor disappeared from

 * Any idea why the control buttos of tiny MCE have disappeared from the product
   description pane?
 * Also When I press text/visual tabs back and forth any text written in the product
   description area disappears. However when I recheck it it is there.

 * Hi Chris can you create a screen dump for the following question.

 * In regards to your other question can you disable all your other plugins except
   this one and carry out another test.
