# tinyMCE forms error message

 * I am getting the error message:
   Failed to load plugin url: [https://frv.sys.mybluehost.me/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack_vendor/automattic/jetpack-forms/src/contact-form/](https://frv.sys.mybluehost.me/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack_vendor/automattic/jetpack-forms/src/contact-form/)../../
   dist/contact-form/js/tinymce-plugin-form-button.js” on the woocommerce product
   page. I have tried all the suggested debugging steps shy of reinstalling jetpack.
   This link is accessible, so it is not a connectivity issue. I am sure woocommerce
   product functionality is missing, but I am not sure exactly what functionality
   that is.

 * It looks like there is an issue on your site where your site loads at its main
   domain, but it is trying load assets from a staging URL ([https://frv.sys.mybluehost.me](https://frv.sys.mybluehost.me)).
   I suspect that it is causing issues where scripts aren’t always loading properly.
 * As a next step, I’d recommend reaching out to Bluehost to have them help configure
   your site so that all content is being fetched from your primary domain. You

 * Thanks for sharing those details. You’re absolutely right to flag the mismatch
   between the primary domain and the staging subdomain.
 * This usually happens when a site is cloned from staging to live but some internal
   references (like asset URLs) still point to the staging environment. That can
   confuse browsers and break plugin functionality like Jetpack Forms or WooCommerce
   product features, especially when scripts fail to load as expected.
 * To get this cleaned up, you’ll want to do a search and replace in the database
   to update any leftover references from `frv.sys.mybluehost.me` to `kd1mu-radio.
   com`. If you’re using Bluehost’s hosting tools, our support team can walk you
