# TinyMCE not adding image tags

 * As far as I could search this is a new issue.
 * I uploaded an image to wordpress and whenever I try to add it to the post, nothing
   happens. The same thing was happening to galleries until I manually entered the
   shortcode [gallery].
 * Can anyone please point me to the right direction on how to troubleshoot this
   issue?
