TinyMCE Rich Editor Documentation for WP 2

    I’m trying to get my arms around the customized TinyMCE installation of WP 2.x. I’m using 2.02.

    Searching ww.wp.xz.cn retrieves only 1 reference related to writing plugins (see Rich Editor Filters – http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Plugin_API#Rich_Editor_Filters). I’ve also reveiwed the documentation at http://tinymce.moxiecode.com and came up empty.

    I’ve learned how to customize the /wp-includes/js/tinymce/tiny_mce.js file. (I’ll share my customizations after I test them)
    But I don’t know about the functionality of the heavily mod’ed /wp-includes/js/tinymce/tiny_mce_gzip.php. Especially regarding TinyMCE plugins.

    Is there documentation available on the relationship between the TinyMCE default config scripts and the changes made to port to WP?

    I posted the changes I made to the tiny_mce.js file in this thread-http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/73161?replies=8. But the testing failed miserably.

    If anyone has a url for documentation on the TinyMCE Install of WP 2.02, please post it here or the thread linked above.
