# TinyMCE WordPress text/visual editor

 * The wordpress editor is not showing, and when i switch to twenty twelve it works
   fine. How can i fix that bug? Its too urgent please.

 * This is likely a conflict between the theme and a plugin. Can you try deactivating
   all of the plugins you’re currently using and see if that fixes the problem?

 * Okay, could you check on a different browser? If that works, make sure you completely
   clear the cache of your preferred browser.
 * Otherwise, can you try following [WordPress’ guide on debugging JavaScript errors](https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors)
   and let me know if you find any errors when viewing the post editor?

 * Hmm okay, I can’t recreate the issue and no one else is having this problem with
   v1.20 of Ignite which leads me to believe it’s still a plugin-related issue.
 * I would try [resetting your plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   to be completely sure they’ve all deactivated.
 * If you’re using Cloudflare, some people have had issues with it’s auto-minify
   feature causing similar problems.
 * If neither of those works, try deleting and reinstalling Ignite in case something
   got corrupted during the installation/update.

   solution you find here when you get it fixed, so others can benefit from your
   debugging.
