Title is empty :(

When I publish the posts all of the posts publish without title :S im using %TITLE% %title% (turkish %başlık%) but title is not shown on my facebook and twitter accounts 🙁 i reinstalled it 4-5 times but still not shown. Im using newspaper theme . How can ı solve the without title publish problem ?
