Hi @kiscsiszu,
First, could you please upgrade to the latest version of WP-Lister – https://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister/changelog/ – and see if the issue resolves.
Also, please note of the requirements when using WP-Lister – https://docs.wplab.com/article/8-wp-lister-for-ebay-requirements
If you’ve met all the requirements and you have the latest version of the plugin and you still experience the problem, we can check this further on your site. You may please send us support ticket here – WP Lab Support
Kind regards,

Hi,
I updated to the latest version of WP lister lite for ebay. The problem still exists.
My setup:
WooCommerce-Version: 3.5.8
WordPress-Version: 5.1.1
WordPress Multisite: –
PHP-Version: 7.1.30
cURL-Version: 7.38.0, GnuTLS/3.3.30
Hey @kiscsiszu
Keeping the plugin up to date is always importing, but in this case, it doesn’t relate to the plugin at all.
Only your hosting company can sort out these types of problems causing cURL not to connect properly. Your hosting company’s server administrator should be able to resolve the permission problems preventing cURL from working. They’ve probably got overly limiting restrictions configured on the server, preventing it from being able to do the communication required for listing items on eBay.
… and if your hosting company cannot help or is not willing to help, you’d likely need to switch to a proper host.
In that past only a few users have received this same error, and every time it was due to an issue on the server/hosting end.
Kind regards,
John
We are looking for the problem with the server provider but until now no results.
I found some interesting thing in the plugin – like I could log the ebay communication. Wouldn’t it help to resolve the problem? Also I could send the cURL debug information if it helps!
I am using 2.1.4 version and the problem still exists: EBAT_SEVERITY_ERROR: (#80001)
curl_error 56 GnuTLS recv error (-110): The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.
I checked the ebay connection within “Tools” and the connection was green everywhere.
Hey @kiscsiszu
You could try enabling logging in WP-Lister and recreate the issue again then check the logs. But I don’t think it is going to show anything related to this cURL error. It is your host that should be diagnosing this for you.
Kind regards,
John
ok! where are the logs stored?

I’m now having this same problem, even though I had no problem in the past 3 years, and there’s been no changes to the server. Any resolution for this problem?
