# tmptitle when processing emails

 * Hello,
 * everytime I try to process new emails it creates a new post titled tmptitle and
   nothing else.
 * The email I’m using is [@gmail](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gmail/).com(
   don’t know if it helps)
 * I read somewhere that I could fix it by increasing the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT so I set
   it to 512M (it was 256M) but to be honest I don’t even know where I can check
   if I have 512M available.
 * Hope someone can help me

 * This happens when there is some kind of fatal error when an email is being processed.
   Running out of memory is one possibility.
 * The best thing to do is install the Support AddOn, run another test then send
   the file from your media library to [help@postieplugin.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/tmptitle-when-processing-emails/help@postieplugin.com?output_format=md)
   and I will take a look.
