# TOC doesn’t work

 * Hi support,
 * I have been using this TOC plugin with satisfaction for several of my websites.
   However, the plugin is not working on my most recent website. I can customize
   it and place it within an article, but when a link in the TOC is clicked, it 
   doesn’t navigate to the corresponding section.
 * The settings are the same as on my other websites; I have already checked this.
   I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue.

   other plugin or theme. Kindly check once for the conflict and let us know if 
   the issue persists.

 * Thanks for your reply.
 * We have tested all the plugins one by one, but this did not resolve the issue.
   The only two plugins we did not deactivate are a plugin from the theme and the
   Elementor plugin, which was used to build the website.
 * Furthermore, all plugins and the theme are up to date. I look forward to hearing
   how we can resolve this issue.

 * Hi, could you please confirm which theme you are currently using? Additionally,
   share the link or reference to that theme so that we can check it on our end.
