 * The UAG table of contents doesnt display the heading title properly written in
   japanese language. Please check

 * you have used heading like this:
    `$title = $heading['heading']['content'];`
 * so we added utf8_decode to make it work for different languages.
    `$title = utf8_decode(
   $heading['heading']['content']);`
 * Can you fix this in the plugin? Thanks.
