    Can I please get help on how to fix my widget not displaying properly in the bbpress forum? The widget is a appearing ok in the blog page but appears as a bunch of code in the bbforum.

    Hi matta087,

    I’m sorry you are having an issue. What you see output on the side are shortcodes. I’ve tried to research this and it seems that BBPress disables shortcodes on BBPress pages as a security precaution so that people don’t use them in forum posts. I’ve been able to recreate this on my site, so you can turn it off on your’s so you don’t have it showing.

    I’m not sure how to fix it, but will look into it today to see if there is an easy solution.

    Alright no worries David.

    Hey do you have links to other sites using full blown Yada Wiki? I am going to start adding massive content soon from multiple contributors and I’d like to get ideas how other yada wikis handle it.

    Hi matta087,

    There is a new update to the Yada Wiki plugin that should allow the shortcodes to render in the sidebar of a BBPress page. Please let me know if works for you.
