# Toggle doesn't work to spawn menu

 * I can see the WordPress SEO by Yoast, but when I click the arrow to spawn/toggle
   open the window it will not open. We have Yoast installed on other sites on the
   same server and normally if this happens, we can refresh/reload the page and 
   it will work but on the site nothing happens. Any ideas?
